The Restaurant
In the heart of Montecatini Terme, the Bertelloni family has been running this elegant restaurant, the Da Lorenzo Restaurant, since 2004, where you can taste the dishes of the best Italian cuisine based on fish, always fresh seafood crudités and first fruits that the earth gives us, such as mushrooms and truffle. All accompanied by a refined wine list.
The restaurant is located a stone’s throw from the center of Montecatini Terme, from the thermal establishments and right in front of the historic Kursaal building.

Raw Fish, Oysters

What has always characterized us is the careful choice of ingredients, from the most tender meats to the freshest fish. We specialize in fish and in particular in oysters and raw fish.
The menu, while respecting the natural cycle of our products and delicacies, is comprised of a wide choice of seafood dishes.
The flagships of the restaurant are the seafood crudités, which range from various types of oysters to shellfish, with particular emphasis on the tartare, strictly seasoned at the table by Lorenzo.
A wide range of Champagnes
Selected directly by Lorenzo, our winery boasts about 500 Italian and foreign labels, with a vast range of Italian Champagnes and sparkling wines, which include both big names in international enology and local winemakers in the Italian wine-growing panorama.
The Cellar is able to reconcile tradition and innovation. Alongside the customer, the sommelier LORENZO will be able to direct the taste to the choice.
A large selection of Distillates, Herbal Liqueurs and digestifs complete the meal.
Our halls
Open for both lunch and dinner, the restaurant boasts a summer terrace with more than 40 seats and 3 internal rooms, one of which is for smokers.
Adjacent to the restaurant, the Ostricheria: a small but elegant establishment inaugurated in March 2012.

Inaugurated in March 2012, it is the whim that we wanted to indulge, to spoil our customers even more.
Particularly dedicated to lovers of seafood crudités, perfect for a delicious aperitif based on oysters and champagne, but also ideal for a romantic dinner.
